Shipping and VAT:
All orders are shipped as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping and delivery will be handled by Global Post and/or any combination of the listed postal/package carriers below (depending on which country you are located in).
Priority shipping will be approximately : 5 – 10 business day delivery
Standard shipping will be approximately : 7 – 21 business day delivery
Every order will include an invoice/receipt automatically emailed to you after placing your order (check your spam/junk if you do not see it in your inbox). A tracking number will be included in a separate email for your order and sent via email to you within 24 hours after placing your order!
VAT: All orders will be delcared as €15 to help with any possible fees. For custom value VAT please reply to your ORDER RECEIPT EMAIL with your desired declared value in € (Euros) and we will change the custom value for you.

Return Policy: All orders qualify for a 30 day return period. All orders can be returned within 30 days for any reason. Orders outside of the 30 days qualify for an exchange or replacement product of equal or lesser value.
If your return is the result of an error on our behalf then return shipping costs or a paid return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost.

All returned orders will receive a full refund of the order total back to the original billing method used for the order. If the order is returned without any error on our behalf it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds are processed within 7 days or less after being received.
